Customer engagement takes place every time a client interacts with a specific brand. That may include things like opening an program, visiting a site, commenting to a societal networking post, studying an email, tapping a push notification, or stopping by a physical shop. Many manufacturers use client outreach--through email, push notifications, in-app messages, societal channels, along with other stations--to promote more consistent participation among members of the own audience. Customer engagement can be monitored by brands so as to assist them know whether their attempts and manufacturer message are resonating and also to provide them insight to whether a specified client or audience section is at risk.
